   Reliable location tracking, minor remote issues but still recommended
   I’ve purchased the TabCat tracker multiple times, and it’s by far the best tracker I’ve found for pinpointing my cat’s exact location. It really helps me keep track of her when she’s outside. One issue I have is with the remote itself—I have to hold the battery in place for it to work properly, which is a bit inconvenient. Despite this, I still highly recommend the product. I’ve trained my cat to come inside when her collar beeps, which makes leaving the house much less stressful. Overall, it’s a useful tool for cat owners who want reliable tracking.

   Lights up green when you are almost right next to them. Can find them easily in an acre of land
   Work great for my cats. Easy to find them on my Onewheel. Provides peace of mind when I pair it with my gps tracker. Battery’s went dead after a while so I will need to replace them. The sound works but is not needed. Tracking is accurate on a full battery. Very light weight.

   Overstated performance. Does not meet stated range
   I have purchased several Tabcat locators and while the can be helpful, the claim of range is highly over stated. It print ads it claims range up to 500 feet. I have never had this device and others deliver greater than 100 feet. This being the case with unobstructed line of sight on a clear day. It can be helpful!! Over the years it has helped me locate my pets in locked garages, closed garbage cans and once in a Racoon trap. But all within a 100 foot radius. The range up to 150 meters is a great exaggeration

   Works great!
   I use these almost daily to take my 3 cats for a walk outside. I let them roam a bit and can’t keep track of all 3 at once. So with the transmitter, I can know which direction they are. Works great. This is my 2nd round with TabCat. I’ve used this brand for 9 years. Eventually, the 1st ones got wet, or just stopped working, so I bought replacements, but I think 8 years of daily use is very acceptable. I’m very pleased with the product.

   Easy to tell if my cat is nearby
   The locator is one of the best things I’ve ever bought for me and my cat. When she has the locator on and I turn on the tracker, I can easily tell if she is nearby ( locator shows green lights) or if she is away from the house (only red lights). If she is near I don’t worry and she can enjoy being outside. If she is far I’ll go looking for her and bring her back to the house.
