The battery exploded
Do not buy! The battery literally exploded.I purchased this product to attach to my cat’s collar, and it could have killed her. About a week after using it, it stopped working and wouldn’t reconnect. While investigating, I noticed it was leaking. When I opened it up, I discovered the battery had exploded—it was charred and leaking. I checked the second one as well; while it hadn’t exploded, it was extremely hot and starting to swell.And to top it off, when it did work, it wasn’t very accurate. It had constant problems staying connected and would randomly stop working for hours at a time.When I contacted customer service, they did offer a refund—but only if I paid for a replacement box to return it in. Considering the safety risk, I don’t think customers should have to spend extra money just to return a dangerous product.

Came on time and fairly easy to set up. I’m not sure how accurate these things should be but mine puts my items anywhere from in actual location 50 percent of time to 50-75yards off. I got two one of them works ok but the other kept saying it was left behind after several days. Wouldn’t play location sound or let me turn on or off. I tried following the troubleshooting suggestion and just couldn’t do anything. After several days of trying and nothing working I was gonna return but then I get message saying my battery was gonna die soon and replace . I had batteries lying around so just changed it. So I guess the issue all along was I got new device with old batteries!I initially was gonna give this to my sister for her upcoming trip( last travel her bags were lost) . Glad I didn’t cause the battery would have died on her.
