Keys on a table

We’ve all been there: you’re ten minutes late for work, and your keys have seemingly vanished into thin air. If you’re tired of tearing up couch cushions or retracing your steps to find your wallet, phone, or glasses, the Reyke Key Finder (KF04A) might be the low-tech, high-efficiency solution you’ve been looking for.

Unlike expensive Bluetooth trackers that require constant app updates and smartphone pairing, the Reyke system uses simple Radio Frequency (RF) technology. It’s a “press-and-find” system designed for maximum ease of use.

Unboxing and Design

The Reyke Key Finder kit is a complete package. Out of the box, you get:

  • 1 RF Transmitter: A sleek remote with color-coded buttons.
  • 4 Receivers: Small, lightweight tags that attach easily to keyrings or flat surfaces.
  • Transmitter Base: A handy stand to keep the remote in a fixed location.
  • Batteries Included: 4 CR2032 batteries for the receivers.
Colorful tracking items
The Reyke system provides a simple, color-coordinated way to track four different items simultaneously.

Key Features and Performance

✓ No App Required

The standout feature of the Reyke Key Finder is its simplicity. There is no software to install, no accounts to create, and no Bluetooth pairing. This makes it the perfect gift for seniors or anyone who prefers “gadgets that just work.”

✓ Range and Penetration

With a working range of 131 feet (40 meters), the RF signal is surprisingly robust. Unlike Bluetooth, which can struggle with interference, this RF signal easily penetrates walls and floors, couch cushions and mattresses, and leather bags and drawers.

✓ Loud 80dB+ Beep

Once you press a button on the transmitter, the corresponding receiver emits a loud, high-pitched beep. At 80dB+, it is loud enough to be heard from another room. Each tag also features a flashing LED light, which is incredibly helpful if your keys are stuck in a dark corner.

Practical Use Cases

While marketed as a “Key Finder,” this device is versatile:

  • For Seniors: Attach tags to canes, glasses cases, or pill organizers.
  • For Pet Owners: Clip a tag to a cat or dog collar to find them when they hide in the house.
  • For Remote Controls: Use the provided adhesive to stick a tag to the back of the TV remote.
  • For ADHD/Forgetfulness: Instantly reduce “search stress” during busy mornings.
Holding keys
A simple press of a button saves you from the frustration of a frantic morning search.

4. Pros and Cons

✓ The Good

  • Affordable: A fraction of the cost of premium trackers.
  • Privacy: No GPS or internet connection means your data isn’t tracked.
  • Reliability: Doesn’t rely on your phone’s battery or Bluetooth.
  • Flashlight Feature: Built-in LED flashlight for night searching.

✗ The Not-So-Good

  • No Global Tracking: Only works within 131ft. Won’t help if left at a restaurant.
  • Build Quality: Plastic casing feels basic, though durable enough.
  • Battery Access: Opening receiver tags can require a small tool.

Final Verdict: Is It Worth It?

If you primarily lose things inside your home, the Reyke Key Finder is an absolute steal. It provides peace of mind for less than the cost of a lunch out. It’s effective, incredibly easy to set up, and solves a universal problem without the headache of digital subscriptions or app permissions.

  1. ALFREDO

    Excellent and very useful!
This Reyke Key Finder works perfectly and has made my daily routine so much easier. The sound is loud and clear (80dB+), so I can quickly locate my keys, without stress. I really appreciate the long 131-ft working range, it works well even from another room. Setup was simple and the remote is easy to use. The multiple receivers are a big plus because I can track several important items at once. Overall, a reliable and practical product that saves time and prevents frustration. Highly recommended!

  2. CMR

Just what I wanted. Effective, simple, and easy.
After losing both my phone and a remote this week, I decided to order these. I wanted something that was not complex, and only did one thing: beeped so I could find my device. Product is not fancy but perfect for my needs:- Simple as pie to put together, even for this senior. Set up took all of 3-4 minutes.- Finders: There is a notch you have to wedge open (I used a flat screwdriver) in order to install the batteries.- Receiver: has a sliding cover for batteries.- All four finders work.- Finders are loud so you will hear it if it’s anywhere nearby.- Receiver has a handy stand and 4 color co-ordinated buttons, I labeled mine to make it easier (see photo).- Quality is a 6-7/10, it’s plastic. – More importantly it’s a 10/10 for functional effectiveness.  This was one of those things I put off, but shouldn’t have.    It was so worth it.  Less stress knowing I won’t spending hours looking for misplaced device.     Great value for 4 finders.  5 stars and recommend!

  3. JaK

    Good little thing finder
Handy but not as loud as I expected it to be. This works well for keys etc that are misplaced in your home. It does not require an app.

  4. Jeffrey Ellis

For my needs this was perfect
I had a specific need for this. I am disabled and have a remote control and a few other things I use for accessibility. These get lost because I have an ADHD kid that loses everything. These are loud. Can be heard anywhere in our house (about 2.2k sq ft dble wide for reference of size) and the tracker works from one end to the other. It’s got a nice feature I’ll mention here since it’s not actually documented: When you beep one, it beeps 3 times then 3 times again then stops and does not repeat. You have to hit the button to beep it again so if you can’t get to it it doesn’t beep forever. Came with batteries. Worked perfect out of the package.

  5. Horsee16

    Works great!
Purchased for my gramma to attach to her phone and remotes because she always sets them done and forgets. I velcroed the finder remote to the wall and it has helped already find her items easily.

  6. 80’s Born

    I Can Find My Keys!!!
This is a life saver. I purchased a set for me and my grandmother. What a deal. I just used velcro myself so I could take it off more easily than the straps. These have wonderful range. The size is good. Durability seems great. I think it is a great value for knowing where things are. They function as expected.

  7. Lisa Lourenco

    slight design flaw
The Reyke Key Finder does what it’s designed to do, but with some limitations. Setup is simple, and the remote pairs easily with the tags. The sound is loud enough (around 80dB) to hear in the same room or nearby, which is helpful when keys or small items are misplaced around the house. It thick. had if you have a keyring that is thin. good concept however. thats why i give it 3 out of 5. i guesss i can use just a airtag thats cheaper

  8. melissa c.

Works well and great price point
This is actually a great little device. The key tags aren’t too large and the beep to find it is loud enough to be heard.

  9. Amazon Kunde

Super Schlüsselfinder für die Wohnung, über die Station möglich, mit hörbarem Ton, auch für andere Gegenstände an denen man die Finde Anhänger befestigen kann, würde ich wieder kaufen

  10. OPPO

Just the job, simple and effective.
